Volume Pricing Engine
Automatically sums purchase quantities across all items on a sales document and applies the best available price tier to every line. If a customer orders 50 of item A, 75 of item B, and 25 of item C, all 150 units are used to determine the best price — even though no single item reached that threshold.
Custom Product Lists
Create personalized product lists to highlight, focus on, or promote — by customer or across the board. Add items directly from lists to orders, invoices, and quotes with current pricing applied automatically. Switch between lists seamlessly to build orders faster and more accurately.
Smart Sales Templates
Dynamically maintained sales templates that stay perpetually up to date. As customers buy products or receive new pricing, templates update automatically — including last quantity purchased and last price paid. Eliminates all manual template maintenance and gives reps confidence during pricing negotiations.
Multi-Currency Support
Create sales transactions in each customer's preferred currency. Supports customer-specific currency settings, company base currency, and ERP exchange rates. Currency-specific product prices and price breaks are respected, with automatic calculation for products without currency-specific pricing.
Group Price Management
Apply manual price changes across all products on a document that share the same brand, category, or group. When a rep adjusts the price or discount on one item, the same change can be applied to all related items automatically — including any new items added afterward.

Route Day Manager
A structured workflow that guides DSD and route users through their start-of-day and end-of-day processes. Includes server sync, stock level review, delivery confirmation, report printing, cash reconciliation, and stock adjustments — ensuring nothing gets missed.
Proof of Delivery (POD)
Download existing ERP orders to the device for delivery fulfillment. Drivers can update quantities, add items, zero refused items, capture customer signatures, and print delivery confirmations. Changes sync back to the ERP automatically with full document accuracy.
DEX — Retail Store Integration
Supports the DEX (Direct Exchange) EDI standard used in direct store delivery distribution. Drivers can transmit delivery invoices directly into a retailer's IT system — a requirement for major grocery chains including Walmart, Kroger, and Publix. Eliminates data entry errors and speeds up deliveries.
Configurable Reason Codes
Define unlimited reason codes for use throughout the Kaela solution — return reasons for credit memos, stock adjustment reasons for transfers, sales reasons for invoice markdowns, and more. Includes cross-reference mapping to your ERP's internal codes.
Accurate stock visibility from warehouse to vehicle
Mobile Stock Tracking
Enables device-side stock level tracking for mobile users who carry and sell products from their vehicle. The device maintains a running quantity-on-hand for all carried items, updating automatically as sales and deliveries are processed.
Stock Counts & Transfers
Create Transfer Orders and perform Physical Inventory Counts directly from the Kaela application. Use it in the field for recording stock movement between warehouse and vehicle, or in the warehouse for standalone inventory operations. When licensed with Mobile Stock Tracking, transfers automatically update device stock levels.
Serial & Lot Tracking
Activates serial number and lot tracking enforcement at the device level. As users create invoices or process deliveries, they are prompted to capture or confirm the corresponding tracking data for each item — ensuring full traceability and compliance.
Auto Fees & Deposits
Automatically adds fees or associated items to sales lines based on configurable conditions such as item, customer, or quantity. Ideal for companies selling bottled products that must collect and credit deposits — the associated deposit item is added automatically whenever the product is ordered.
Live ERP lookups and route visibility
Live ERP Query
Retrieve live data directly from the ERP database in real time. Typical uses include checking current warehouse stock quantities for a specific product. Additional queries can be configured at implementation based on your specific operational needs.
Route GPS Tracking
A browser-based portal for viewing GPS tracking data collected by Kaela. Authorized users can access location history, view routes on Google Maps, see stops with timestamps, and drill into transaction data. Each stop is color-coded to indicate whether it corresponds to an existing customer.
Enterprise-grade control, audit, and fraud prevention
Transaction Audit Trail
Comprehensive monitoring and control for system administrators. Transaction deletions require a reason code from a configurable list. Deleted records are archived invisibly — only administrators can access them. All transaction actions generate timestamped log entries, and users are prevented from accessing the database if device time has been tampered with.
Security & Fraud Prevention
A suite of anti-fraud features designed to prevent unauthorized access, editing, and deletion of local data. Includes two-key authentication for database deletion, detection of unauthorized database replacement, encrypted and password-protected local databases, and server-side subscription tracking to ensure data integrity.
User Access Profiles
Configure unique system settings on a per-user basis. Control which features, document types, and behaviors each user can access. Allow experienced or senior users broader capabilities while limiting access for newer team members. A powerful administrative tool for managing diverse field teams.
