This policy explains what information HandApps Software, Inc. ("HandApps", "we") collects through www.handapps.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Our software products and customer agreements are covered by their own terms.

Information you give us

When you use our contact form, partner form or ROI Estimator, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, ERP system, and your message. If you use the ROI Estimator and ask for your report, we also keep the numbers you entered and the estimate we calculated from them.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your browser, device, approximate location and pages visited. When a form is submitted, our server also records the submitting IP address and browser type to help prevent spam and abuse.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about our products and services.
• To send you the ROI report you request.
• To manage our sales relationship with you in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• To understand and improve how our website is used.
• To protect the site and our forms from spam and abuse.

Where your information is kept and who handles it

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted on Microsoft Azure, entered into our CRM system, and delivered to our team by Microsoft 365 email. These providers process the information on our behalf. Google provides our website analytics. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Advertising and tracking

This site does not currently use advertising or retargeting tags. If we add them in the future, for example from LinkedIn, Meta or X, we will update this policy before they are turned on.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and estimate information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship, and as required for our legitimate business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

• You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing sales@handapps.com.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out tools for Google Analytics.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections to this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
